AIECG not only gives you the opportunity to select from amongst the leading schools, but we also look after your child from the beginning to the end of their school program.  

• You simply select your preferred school in consultation with your representative agent and we will do everything else for you
• We will contact your preferred school to gain approval for your son or daughter’s admission, so you won’t have to worry about contacting different high schools
• If your child needs to study English, prior to school entry, we will also contact the most suitable English language college for your son or daughter to gain admission into the English course. At this stage, we will obtain a conditional offer for 18-20 weeks of intensive English language study for your son/daughter.
  
• Once your child’s application for the selected school is successful, we will issue the ‘Offer’ for your child for both the English and/or school course (as applicable).  
• After you accept the ‘Offer’ we will issue the required ‘Confirmation of Enrolment’ (COE) for your child, so you can take steps to obtain a student visa
• All through this process, you can contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.  We know the decision is very important for you, so we would be delighted to be of help.  
• After your child gets a visa, we will arrange an appropriate homestay for him/her, if required.  We will send you details of the homestay family, so you can be assured that your child is in good hands.
• Once you send us your child’s flight details, we will arrange for airport pick-up, so an AIECG representative meets your child on arrival.  We will arrange for your child to be taken to his/her accommodation, if required.
• We will contact you to let you know that your child has arrived safely.  We know that as a parent you will be worried, so we will make sure that you have the peace of mind about your child’s welfare.
