St Aidan's Anglican Girls School was founded in 1929, by the Sisters of the Society of the Sacred Advent.  St Aidan's strives to provide excellence in education, in a caring, friendly environment, where each individual, nurtured and shaped by the values of the Christian Faith, has the opportunity to achieve her full potential and to develop a passion for life and for learning.

St Aidan's has around 850 students who are involved in over 34 subjects, play 17 different sports, 350 play an instrument and that’s just the start.  St Aidan's staff share the ups and downs, the joys and the challenges and are very proud of their graduates – many thousands since 1929.

St Aidan’s students performed very well with 27% of students receiving an OP 1-3 (State average: 9.84%). 39% of St Aidan’s students achieved an OP in the 1-5 range compared with 19% of students in the state. 100% of St Aidan’s students received an OP of 1-15, compared with 76% of the state. In QCS test, 80% student got A and B.  These results are particularly noteworthy as the vast majority of the total cohort of graduating St Aidan’s students were OP-eligible.

St Aidan's is adjacent to Corinda Railway Station with direct access to the city.  A public and private transport network; including bus and train, provides convenient access to the School.  The St Aidan's Sports Fields, "Ambiwerra", comprise 10 hectares of parkland surrounded by Oxley Creek.  These fields are approximately 10 minutes walking distance from St Aidan's.
